NEW FEATURE

Format chart numbers
Make your charts more precise by formatting data as numbers,
currencies, or percentages.
Add a chart to your slide and click on the formatting menu at
the top of the data table. Now you'll have full control over how
your numbers are presented. Choose between number type,
format, decimal points, and more.

IMPROVEMENT

Chart label positioning
can now be controlled
When you're working with a lot of data
(or, conversely, teeny tiny charts),
your chart labels may end up getting a
little squished.
Now, if you click on the label of a bar or
line chart, you can choose the exact
positioning behavior.
Choose Auto, and labels will rotate when
they need some space. If you
choose Hide, labels will disappear once
they can't be fully displayed. Finally, you
can rotate all labels right away by
selecting Rotate.

IMPROVEMENT

Create larger tables with fewer clicks.
We're offering two new ways to manage tables.
• Click on the Table icon in the editor and drag your mouse to control the number of columns and rows.
• Open the right-hand panel to manually enter the number of columns and rows.

IMPROVEMENTS

🔍 Unsuccessful keyboard shortcut searches now offer a silver lining.

Recently, we added a shortcut search to our Help button, so you can discover new ways to work
faster in Pitch. If you search for a shortcut that doesn't yet exist, we'll now prompt you to
message our community support team with your suggestion.

🎨 Inline text styling changes are now more

exible.

Switching presentation styles in Pitch should feel awless. This change ensures that any inline
changes — like bolding a few words of text in a paragraph — will properly adjust if you apply a
presentation style with a different font.

💬 Comments on private presentations will be preserved when moved to a shared folder.

As a privacy measure, we used to wipe comments on private presentations once they were made
available to the rest of your workspace. Now, we'll preserve those comments, so you don't lose
any important notes or feedback.

BUG FIXES

🖼 Templates, styles, and fonts in private presentations can be accessed by collaborators.

Sharing private presentations with members of your workspace resulted in some funky (and
unneccesary) limitations. Now you shouldn't have any issue accessing any of the fonts and
templates available in your workspace, and will have the option to publish any presentation style
so the rest of your team can work with it.

🦾 Password strength will only be assessed when creating a password.

We were showing a password strength error at the wrong stage of the sign-up ow, namely when
users entered their names. Now it will show up at the right stage. There are two takeaways here:

1. Please don't use your name as a password. Ever. 2) Your name is not weak and de nitely
doesn't need numbers or special characters. It's perfect the way it is.
Quick menu won't promote unrelated image commands.
Before, if you entered a search term in the quick menu while an image was selected, the top
results would always be related to image positioning. Now, it will only return results related to
your search.

BUG FIXES

🔤 Font size picker will close when you open another drop-down option.

Before, it was possible to have multiple drop-down options open at once while editing text. Now it
isn't.
