New Feature

Help colleagues discover your
workspace
Now anyone from your company domain can join
your workspace by signing up at
[app.pitch.com](https://app.pitch.com/?signup/). Here's how to enable this:
For an existing workspace: Navigate to
workspace settings and click Enable under
Allowed email domains. (Workspace owners
only.)
For a new workspace: When creating a
workspace, the option to allow others from your
company domain to join automatically will be
checked by default.

New Feature

Export as PDF from the web app
If you're rmly on Team Web App, you'll be
super happy to know that you can now export
presentations to PDF right from your browser.
Export a presentation by clicking on the main
menu in your editor. It's located just above your
slide navigator.

New Feature

Expand public links
We're making public-facing links easier on the
eyes and nicer to share with others.
That means when you share a link to a public
presentation on Slack, Notion, or other
platforms that understand open graph
metadata, it will unfurl to display the
presentation title and cover image.
Want to see this beauty in action? You can make
a presentation public from the editor. Click on
the Share button, then toggle Public access to
on.

New Feature

New quick menu options
A few enhancements to our quick menu to
power up your work ow. Now you can:
• Open folders: Quickly search and open private and
workspace folders. Choose a folder to open it up and
view the presentations inside.
• Go to dashboard: Get back to your dashboard
without leaving your keyboard. This option is
available via the editor.

To access these actions, type ⌘ + K or Ctrl + K
to bring up the quick menu and start typing
"Open" or "Go."

Improvement

A more scannable sidebar
Our slide navigator — the list of slides you see in
the sidebar while editing a presentation — has
had a glow up this week.

💅

The selected slide is now easier to spot, as it will
sit on a purple background. And slide
assignment and status indicators now sit slightly
off the top corner of a slide, making sure they
pop against all slide designs and colors.

Bug Fixes

🎨 Background colors will appear in the color picker.

In addition to letting you choose a new color, your color picker also displays
your most recently used colors.

🔍 Tooltips for active collaborators will appear reliably.

If you're editing a presentation with other people, you can hover over their
avatars in the editor toolbar to see their names. Occasionally the tooltip
wouldn't appear. It's xed, so now you'll always know who's viewing or editing
a presentation while you are.

💅 Unused presentation styles will stick with your presentations.

Before, transferring a presentation with multiple presentation styles, but only
one active one, would cause the unused styles to disappear. Now they'll follow
your presentation to its new home. Isn't that sweet?

Bug Fixes

📹 Presentations with video embeds will export to PDF successfully.

Exporting a presentation containing an embedded video wasn't working.
From now on, exports will work and include the original thumbnail from the
video.

🔤 The right-hand panel will show the text block style, not inline styles.

When you select a text block, the right-hand panel will display some helpful
information, like the text style, font family, and font size. Before, inline styles
(like changing the font style for one word) would show instead. Now, it will
only show the overall block style.

💬 Email links to presentation comments will take you to the right comment.
Clicking through a noti cation email should take you directly to the comment
and highlight it so it's easy to see. This was temporarily broken, but is now
xed.
