NEW FEATURE

Select and manage multiple slides
Supercharge your productivity in Pitch.
Now you can press Shift or Command / Control to select
multiple slides at once. Move their position in your current
presentation, or copy them over to a new one.
You can also take bulk actions on slides! Right-click on your
selection (or use the quick menu) to apply a presentation style,
set a status, or assign multiple slides at once.
We're con dent that this will help you work faster and more
effectively with your team. Let us know what you think about
this update in our Slack Community.

NEW FEATURE

See what's next with
speaker view
Be extra prepared for your next
presentation.
With speaker view, you can control the
presentation and see a preview of your
next slide. This is perfect for presenting
on multiple screens: Use one to present
your content, and the other to see what's
up next.
Enter presenter mode, and you'll see an
option to open speaker view in a separate
window.

SHARED WORKSPACE

Preserve comments
from your personal
presentations
We're retiring personal workspaces at
the end of May. If you want to keep your
personal presentations, you'll need to
move them over to a shared workspace.
Today's update means that you can safely
move over presentations without losing
comments. However, you will need to
reinvite any collaborators you want to
continue working with.

This week we showed our appreciation for this circular wonder
by improving the positioning of data labels. Our new
positioning algorithm will make sure your labels look great and

In addition to improving the current positioning, we've
introduced a new option: callout positioning. If you want to try
it out, click on one of the data points in your chart to open the
editing options, go to Position, and select Callout.

IMPROVEMENT

Updated title bar across Pitch
We've started giving the app a makeover. Beyond making things sleeker, we've added the presentation title to your
editor toolbar. Note that getting back to your dashboard is a little different now. For the desktop app, you'll need to
click on the dashboard icon; in the web app, you'll see a back arrow.

IMPROVEMENT

Share links to templates
We've added the Share button back to
templates, so you can easily share links
with other workspace members.

BUG FIXES

💥 Opening the style builder in a guest workspace won't crash the app.

If someone outside your workspace invites you to edit a presentation, you'll be able to leave
comments, adjust text, and even change the overall styling. We've xed a bug that prevented
users from doing that last activity.

🤝 Sharing a link to a speci c slide works again.

Linking to an individual slide is extremely handy. You can instantly point out the relevant material,
instead of having to type a message or specify a page number. For a brief period, this wasn't
working, but we're happy to share that we've xed the issue. Just click the Share button,
check Link to current slide, click Copy link, and share away!

🔗 Accepted invite links will always work.

Workspace invite links expire after seven days. Previously, this applied to both accepted and
unaccepted invites. Now, if you accept a workspace invite, you can still reuse the original link to go
back to the workspace at any time.

BUG FIXES

🏡 Always navigate to the right workspace dashboard when exiting a presentation.

If someone outside your workspace shares a presentation with you, you'll have easy access to it
via a guest workspace. Before, if you accepted an invite, opened the presentation, and then left to
go back to your dashboard, you'd be taken to your personal workspace. Now, you'll see the guest
workspace, as expected.

🙅 Cancel out of creating a new workspace.

If you've ever clicked on the plus sign at the bottom of your workspace switcher, we may have
forced you into creating a workspace. Whoops! The Cancel button now works, so if you don't
want to create or join a workspace, you can exit and go back to yours.

📂 Presentations created in a folder will stay there.

Last week, we found out some presentations appeared in your personal workspace or the Home
folder of your shared workspace when they weren't supposed to. We've resolved the issue, so
presentations created in a folder will stay there unless you move them.

BUG FIXES

💾 Shared presentations cannot be saved as templates.

Presentations shared speci cally with you will show up in the Shared folder of your workspace or
in a guest workspace. Before, we showed the option to save shared presentations as a template.
However, this created some issues: Where are these presentations supposed to live? Would the
presentation creator want that content to be available to their entire workspace? Real
conundrums. Until we can work through these larger questions, we've disabled the ability to save
shared presentations as templates.
