FASTER!

We've introduced more performance
improvements to make Pitch the fastest way to
create presentations. This week we sped up:
• Typing. There's less delay between keystrokes so
typing should feel super fast.
• Switching slides. Navigating from one slide to the
next is quicker than ever.
• Opening presentations on desktop. We've optimized
the way slide previews load to reduce any lag in the
desktop app.

Improvement

New email templates
We've rolled out updated email designs for
additional noti cation types, including:

• Comment mentions
• Workspace invitations
• Presentation invitations

We've also added user avatars to digest emails,
so you can quickly scan through comments and
see who is saying what.

Sticky headers in the editor
The headers in the right-hand panel are now
sticky to give you the right context no matter
what you're working on. Whether you're
scrolling through templates, editing an image, or
perfecting your text, you can easily re-orient
yourself to where you are in the app.

Bug Fixes

Using CMD+Z (or CTRL+Z) will not erase the entire text block
Rejoice — using keyboard shortcuts to undo text now works as expected.
Pressing CMD+Z or CTRL+Z will undo your most recent keystrokes instead of
deleting all text from the selected text block.
Email links to comments will focus on the speci c comment in Pitch
Clicking on a comment noti cation email will take you directly to that
comment in Pitch. That means when viewing a slide with multiple comments,
it will be easier to identify the comment you want to check out and reply to.

Bug Fixes

Bulleted lists now support nested indentation
Pressing TAB to create sub-bullets in a bulleted list wasn't working correctly
— when deselecting the text block all indentations would disappear. We've
xed this, so feel free to give your bullets sub-bullets, and your sub-bullets
even more sub-bullets (sub-sub-bullets?).
Public presentations will display the actual presentation title
Publicly accessible presentations would display Untitled Presentation in the
title bar. Now Pitch will show the correct title, so public viewers have the right
context.
