Is Pitch free to use?

Yes. Anyone can create unlimited presentations on the Free plan, and Pitch Agent and Pitch MCP are available on every plan. Paid plans (Plus, Team, Business, and Enterprise) unlock more features and more AI credits. See pitch.com/pricing for the current breakdown.

Why not just ask Claude for slides?

You can, and with Pitch you still do. On its own, an AI assistant usually produces a static file you have to keep re-prompting, outside your brand system and invisible to your team. With Pitch MCP, Claude or ChatGPT supplies the context, and Pitch supplies your on-brand template, a fully editable deck, a shared workspace, and a tracked link.

Do I need the MCP to use AI in Pitch?

No. Pitch Agent works inside Pitch on every plan: generate decks, slides, or new layouts from a prompt or your files, then refine them in chat. Pitch MCP is for teams who want to create decks from Claude or ChatGPT, and Pitch API is for decks that build themselves inside your workflows.

How do I connect Pitch to Claude or ChatGPT?

Connect Pitch MCP once via OAuth, with no code, on any plan. Then ask your AI assistant for a deck and get a shareable, tracked link back in the same conversation. If your company manages AI tools centrally, an admin may need to approve the connection first.

Which plans include the Pitch API?

Pitch API is available on Business and Enterprise plans. It works with Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot and Attio workflows, or your own code, and creates decks from templates with variables, one at a time or at volume. It can also refresh existing decks with new numbers and send engagement analytics back into your tools.

Can we use our own templates and PowerPoint decks?

Yes. Design your own templates in the Pitch editor or generate a branded template from your website in seconds, and every deck your team or Pitch Agent creates starts on brand. You can import existing PowerPoint decks, and export to PowerPoint or PDF whenever you need to share outside Pitch.

Is Pitch secure?

Every Pitch MCP and API request is authenticated with an OAuth token or API key and checked against each person’s actual Pitch permissions, so no teamspace access in Pitch means no access through the MCP or API. Admins can see and revoke every key and connected app.
