Frequently asked questions
For those involved in the early access phase, AI features will be released to your entire workspace, not to individual users.
Once you’ve added your email and have a free or paid Pitch workspace, we will be able to add you to the early access. You should receive confirmation that it has been enabled over the next few days or weeks.
Once it has been turned on for your Pitch workspace, you will see an increasing amount of AI features, starting with text editing tools, with our AI assistant and additional capabilities being turned on at a later date.
We have put some fair usage limits in place to ensure we don't incur extremely high costs from the early access period. This means that if you test the AI a lot, at some point it might cease to be available. Let us know if that happens, so we can help you get access again.
We will not charge you for using AI during the early access period.
On public launch, there may be costs associated with using AI, but this would be communicated clearly and would only apply to usage from that point onwards.
