NEW FEATURE

Template gallery (1/2)
Today we're introducing our template
gallery, a place where you can discover
story-driven templates for every
occasion. We have 14 templates to
choose from, including updated versions
of some of your favorites and new
templates for case studies, release notes,
and more.
Press Create presentation and you'll see
an option to enter and browse the
template gallery. Or, if you prefer to start
with a blank slate, we've added new
starter templates to the template picker.

NEW FEATURE

Custom font upload
We've supported custom fonts for a while, but now you can
upload your own fonts directly from the editor. Just open the
Pitch editor and drag your font les onto the slide.
Alternatively, you can create or select a text block and then:
• Click on the Font family drop-down in the right-hand panel.
• Select Upload font.
• Click Choose font(s) and select the right les from your
computer.
There are no limits to how many fonts you can upload, but you
can only upload one font family at a time. Check out this article
before uploading your les to make sure you have a fontastic
rst experience.

IMPROVEMENT

Align blocks with the
quick menu
Aligning and distributing content is faster
than ever, thanks to the quick menu.
Select two blocks on your slide and pull
up the quick menu. (Use Command + K or
Control + K or click on the lightning bolt
icon above your slide.) You'll now see an
option to align your blocks. Select several
blocks and you'll see an option to
distribute.
Press Return / Enter on your preferred
option and you can choose how you want
to arrange your blocks. Easy!

BUG FIXES

📩 Users can no longer accept their own invite.

Self-acceptance is important. But when it comes to presentation invites, we think it's more
important to accept others. From now on, if you try and accept an invite you shared with another
person, we'll show you an error message to explain why that link doesn't work.

📭 Guest workspaces should never be empty.

Presentations shared with you from another workspace will show up in a guest workspace. In
some cases, you may want to leave a guest workspace once you've nished collaborating. Due to
a bug, you could leave the shared presentation, but the workspace would linger. Now, once
you've left the presentation, the workspace will go too. Learn more about how guest workspaces
work.

💬 Multiple comments can be edited at once

Before, if you tried to reply to an existing comment while composing a new one, the new one
would be deleted. Now you can add new comments and reply to existing ones at the same time.
Use this power wisely.

BUG FIXES

🎨 The style preview icon in the quick menu is more informative.

Did you know that you can apply styles to your presentation via the quick menu? This is especially
helpful when you want to quickly restyle multiple slides. Now, when you pull up this command in
the quick menu, the style preview will show three colors instead of two, to give you a better idea
of how it will change your slide.

📧 Emails with unique TLDs can successfully create Pitch accounts.

We've changed how we validate email addresses, since some would-be users couldn't create
accounts. Now, email addresses with unconventional top-level domains shouldn't run into any
issues with being invited or signing up for Pitch.

📁 Shared folder icon won't jump.

The Pitch team jumps for joy at the thought of collaboration. Unfortunately, the Shared with
me folder did too. Now, whenever you select or deselect that folder in the sidebar, it should stay
right in place.

BUG FIXES

🚨 Noti cations won't overlap the template info bar.

When you're editing a template, the noti cations that appear when you copy a link or publish a
change won't overlap with the blue bar at the bottom.

⌨ Weekly release pages can be closed using Command + W / Control + W shortcut.
But why would you want to close this presentation???
