Welcome to the online ballot for the 2008 Pitch Music Awards. We hope you enjoy your voting experience.
The Rules: You can fill out the ballot only once, voting for one band per musical category. Don't try to go in and tamper with cookies on your browser to vote multiple times. We will figure it out and send robots to your house to make you cry. All voting, online or otherwise, ends at midnight on the night of the Pitch Music Showcase, Thursday, August 7. Cast your vote early or fill out a paper ballot when you attend the showcase in Westport (35 bands for $5!) at any showcase venue. A ballot will appear each week in The Pitch from now until August 7, but we encourage you and all your friends to vote online because it's easier to count.
Winners will be announced at the Pitch Music Awards Ceremony, Sunday, August 17, at the Uptown Theater, and in the August 21 issue of The Pitch. Thanks for your participation, and may the best bands win.
